Wise Lifestyle is committed to providing you with quality products. Our priority is your satisfaction and our goal is to provide you with excellent service.

We process personal data of our users in principle only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly carried out only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.

What personal information may we collect?

Through cookies, we may collect information regarding your website usage, IP address, browser type and operating system. Also, in order to process your online purchases, we may collect your payment information and information regarding your product preferences and purchasing behavior. In addition, we may collect your contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number and fax number, through the communication channels provided on the Website, on the "Contact Us" and "Login" pages. You may also voluntarily provide other data that relates to you in connection with your inquiries or comments. However, we recommend that you provide only that personal information about yourself that we need to respond appropriately to your inquiries or comments.

How we use the personal information we collect

We use your personally identifiable information to (1.) respond to your comments or inquiries, (2.) process online purchases, (3.) contact our Wise Lifestyle business partners/consultants on your behalf, (4.) improve the Site, and (5.) identify problems with our servers. If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the above services.

Customer Registration:

When you register as a customer with Wise Lifestyle, we may collect the following information:

  • Contact information (name, address, email address and phone number).
  • Date of birth
  • Payment information (e.g. credit card details)
  • Communication preferences (e.g. newsletter)
  • Password
  • Tax information to the extent required by law
  • Product preferences and shopping behavior (in order to give you the best possible website design and to provide you with the best possible information)

In rare exceptional cases, we require further personal data. We collect this data exclusively with your consent. The data is protected in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

We use your transmitted personal data for the following purposes:

  • Administration of your registration
  • Administration of your online customer account (called back office)
  • Processing of your order and services (services such as lecture registrations)
  • Forwarding your order data (incl. address) to our EU shipping company to ensure the processing of your order (Any EU orders will be processed by our EU shipping warehouse in Germany. After the service has been rendered, your data will be deleted from the EU warehouse).
  • For the payment method purchase on account, the data will be forwarded to the service provider POWERPAY. See terms and conditions of POWERPAY (displayed separately in the order overview / check out).
  • To communicate with you directly
  • Forwarding of your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to your personal Wise Lifestyle business partner/consultant (to ensure the best possible support for product questions etc.)
  • To simplify website usage through cookies (e.g. as mentioned in the cookies section for shopping cart functionality, language settings, etc.)
  • Optimizing the website and its offerings, including monitoring website usage through cookies and diagnosing problems (hardware as well as software)
  • Carrying out accounting, auditing, billing and collection activities

Without the provision of your Personal Data, we may not be able to provide the foregoing service.

How we may share personal information with others

Wise Lifestyle Limited does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data. Wise Lifestyle may only share your personal data with the following parties:

  • Companies within the Wise Lifestyle group for whom it is reasonably necessary or desirable to share personal data (such as EU Shipping Warehouse mentioned above);
  • Wise Lifestyle business partners/consultants to enable communications regarding tips, ordering instructions and information about the products you order from Wise Lifestyle and the Wise Lifestyle business opportunity; and
  • Government agencies and other third parties as required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.

How we protect personal information

We have appropriate technical and organizational security mechanisms in place to protect the personal information you provide from accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, access, alteration, disclosure or use.

How long we retain personal data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect the data (see above in the section "How we use the personal data we collect"), unless prohibited by applicable law or we must comply with legal retention periods (tax authorities, etc.).

Links to other websites

The Wise Lifestyle website may contain links to websites maintained by third parties whose information and privacy practices differ from ours. We are not responsible or liable for the information or privacy practices used by these third parties. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of all external websites before using those websites or disclosing personally identifiable information or other information on or through them.

Wise Lifestyle Limited reserves the right to make changes to this website privacy notice at any time. If we change this Website Privacy Notice, we will update the effective date, and such changes will be effective upon posting of the notice on the Website. 3. Order


The product prices listed before submitting the order (at the order step "Order Overview") are binding. The delivery costs vary depending on the purchase value and country. VAT is included in all prices.

A VAT-free delivery is possible to countries outside Switzerland and Germany. A tax-free order placement via the online store is possible. Prerequisite is that the subsequent EUID check (done automatically) via the Federal Central Tax Office in Germany was positive.


All orders are confirmed by Wise Lifestyle and are subject to Swiss law. For credit card payments, the credit card will only be charged after the order has been received in our system and the order confirmation has been sent. If an ordered product is not available at the time of delivery, it will be delivered as soon as possible.

The contractual relationship is established by your order and the electronic acceptance of this order (order confirmation) by Wise Lifestyle. A supplement or cancellation of the order is no longer possible after receipt of the order.

Payment methods

You have the choice between payment by credit card, PayPal, purchase on account (in the B2C relationship) and prepayment (by mail or e-banking). Direct debit is not possible. Wise Lifestyle has the right to cancel an order without informing the customer if it is not paid for a longer period of time.

3.1 Subscription order

This section governs the contractual relationship between the subscriber and Wise Lifestyle Limited. These GTC are part of every subscription contract and apply to every subscription order placed.

Services of the Wise Lifestyle Limited

Wise Lifestyle Limited offers subscribers a selected range of high quality products as part of a 3 month subscription. Wise Lifestyle Limited is entitled to modify and adjust the content of the assortment at any time. For the overview and adjustment of the subscription the subscriber receives from the Wise Lifestyle Limited an editing and viewing option in his customer account/back office.

Services of the subscriber

The services used by the subscriber will be charged by Wise Lifestyle Limited at the applicable prices and conditions. The subscriber agrees to pay the applicable prices within the defined period. Payment is due immediately by credit card, and then automatically on the 16th of the following month (see below in the section, "Payment methods"). In case of late payment, Wise Lifestyle Limited is entitled to stop its services immediately.

Contract duration and termination

The subscription contract between Wise Lifestyle Limited and the subscriber is concluded for a minimum term. The contract duration is at least 3 months. The subscription will automatically continue after the minimum term of 3 months until this subscription is cancelled. If an item is added to an ongoing customer subscription, the minimum term of 3 months starts again from the beginning (from the time of the saved change/adjustment). For Wise Lifestyle sales partners, the deadlines according to the subscription declaration apply here. The subscriber can adjust his subscription at any time and add or remove articles. At least one article must always be assigned to the subscription by the end of the contract period. The subscriber can cancel a subscription at any time on the earliest possible cancellation date. The earliest possible cancellation date is displayed to the subscriber in his customer account/back office under subscription management.

Payment methods

Subscriptions can only be purchased with the credit card payment method. Your credit card details are stored in the system in encrypted form and your subscription order value is automatically debited on the 16th of the following month. Please note that your subscription can be adjusted variably (by you). Thus, different debits can occur during the contract period. Also by possible price changes of the Wise Lifestyle Limited price adjustments of the subscription are possible.

Final provisions for subscription orders

If a provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be deemed to be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The same applies to any loopholes. Wise Lifestyle Limited reserves the express right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The general terms and conditions apply.

4. delivery

Wise Lifestyle mainly delivers to European countries. However, deliveries are also possible worldwide under adjustment of the delivery costs. After confirmation of the order by Wise Lifestyle, the products will be delivered to the address that you specified as the delivery address when placing the order. The delivery time is normally 15 working days after receipt of payment. Dependent on the capacity utilization of our production, delivery can take up to 30 working days - every product is hand made personaly for you!

5. defective goods

If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you can contact our customer service by phone at +49 163 420 6730 or by e-mail Any complaint must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, i.e. on the day of delivery. Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately after discovery. Wise Lifestyle reserves the right to request proof of the defect before taking further action.

Wise Lifestyle is responsible for the following defects: Damage due to transportation, incomplete deliveries (in consideration of availability), manufacturing and/or packaging defects. In such cases, the customer will be sent a replacement for the defective goods after inspection.

Products damaged by own fault, loss of the product as well as products ordered by mistake will not be refunded.

6. place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Wise Lifestyle Limited. The legal relationship is subject to Maltese law.

7. right of withdrawal / cancellation

We want you to be satisfied! Therefore you can return the received goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation policy applies to contracts for goods that can be sent as a package with a shipping company. As a consumer, you have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or an e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of revocation

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
  • for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,
  • for the delivery of goods which are no longer in their original packaging after delivery.
